Holdina d.o.o. Sarajevo is one of the leading companies for the sale of oil and petroleum products in the wholesale and retail market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of INA d.d. and a member of INA Group, which operates a network of about fifty INA fuel stations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as exclusive importer and wholesale distributor for sale of oil and oil products from INA refineries in Croatia.

By purchasing a 30% share of Energopetrol d.d. Sarajevo 2016, INA d.d. became the majority owner of Energopetrol and since then Holdina and Energopetrol jointly enter the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina as the largest network of fuel stations in the country with about 105 retail stores.
